I am Noemi Navez, a licensed teacher specializing in Art Education and with a Master’s degree in Educational Management from the National University of San Marcos. I work as a teacher in primary and secondary education and develop strategic tools to strengthen pedagogical practice using a competency-based approach.
My experience stems from the classroom, integrating didactic structure, methodological clarity, and applied critical thinking. Throughout my career, I have been recognized as a Leading Teacher (2021) and have supported projects that achieved first place in the National Floral Games (Metropolitan Lima, 2025).
